Not in Octopus format

This publication self-describes as an 'essay', rather than being an Octopus publication. The author should consider how the content would fit into the Octopus formats available - whether one or several of the questions posed in this publication would form Research Problem publications, followed then by a Rationale publication describing their theoretical approach to that Problem.
